  • Can I test the module before subscribing?

    You benefit from a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Install the module, run a full scan, and if it doesn't meet your expectations, contact our support for a complete refund — no questions asked.

  • What happens when my subscription expires?

    The module stays installed but license-dependent features are disabled. Your scan data and history are preserved. You can renew at any time to reactivate protection.

  • Can I change my plan at any time?

    Yes. You can upgrade at any time from your account. The amount already paid is deducted pro rata. Downgrading is possible at the end of the current period.

  • How does billing work?

    Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, your choice. Payment is secured via Stripe (credit card, 3D Secure, SEPA). An invoice is generated automatically with each payment.

  • Do prices include VAT?

    Displayed prices are tax-exclusive. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your country of residence and status (business or individual).

  • Why is the Serenity plan annual only?

The annual commitment allows us to offer an accessible price (EUR 690/year) while guaranteeing unlimited service. It's insurance: you pay once to be protected and covered for the entire year.
