01 — Purpose
These terms of service (ToS) govern the sale of software licences and subscriptions marketed by L'NKBOOT (SAS, SIREN 832 734 065) under the PrestaSecure brand, via the website prestasecure.com.
02 — Products and Services
PrestaSecure offers a security module for PrestaShop including:
- An antivirus with file scanning
- A centralised firewall
- A file integrity check
- A monitoring dashboard
- A cleaning service in case of infection (depending on the plan)
Available features depend on the subscribed plan. Details are available on the pricing page.
03 — Licences
Each licence is associated with a unique domain name. Using the module requires a valid licence. The licence grants access to the features of the subscribed plan for the duration of the subscription.
Licence transfer to another domain is possible upon request to support.
04 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in euros excluding taxes. The applicable VAT is added at payment according to the buyer's country and status.
Payment is made by credit card (via Stripe, with 3D Secure) or by PayPal. The subscription is billed monthly or yearly depending on the client's choice.
An invoice is automatically generated and accessible from the client area.
05 — Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at each due date. The client may cancel at any time from the client area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — no partial refund is applied.
In the event of non-payment, access to licence-related features is suspended.
06 — Guarantee and Refund
PrestaSecure offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription. If the module does not meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund.
After this period, no refund will be granted except in the case of a proven service malfunction.
07 — Support
Support is available via the contact form or by email at [email protected].
Response time: a few minutes during business hours (6am-midnight). In case of emergency (hacked site), intervention in less than 2 hours.
08 — Liability
PrestaSecure uses reasonable means to ensure threat detection and blocking. However, no security solution can guarantee absolute protection.
L'NKBOOT shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
09 — Applicable Law
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
