01 — Data Collected
PrestaSecure collects information through:
- Contact form: name, email, message
- Client area: name, surname, email, billing address
- Browsing: technical cookies, analytics data (subject to consent)
- PrestaShop module: domain name, PrestaShop version, licence key, scan results (security data)
02 — Processing Purposes
Your data is used to:
- Respond to your contact requests
- Manage your client account, licences and subscriptions
- Provide the security service (scans, firewall, reports)
- Improve our services and user experience
- Analyse site traffic (subject to consent)
03 — Data Retention
Contact data: retained for 3 years after the last exchange.
Client data: retained for the duration of the business relationship, then 5 years after its end (legal obligations).
Scan data: retained as long as the licence is active, then deleted 6 months after expiry.
04 — Data Sharing
Your data is never sold. It may only be shared with:
- Hosting infrastructure: European servers (OVH)
- Payment providers: Stripe and PayPal (transaction data only)
- Analytics: Google Analytics (subject to consent)
- Competent authorities: when required by law
05 — Cookies
Technical cookies: necessary for the operation of the site (session, CSRF, preferences). They do not require consent.
Analytics cookies: used to measure audience. They require your explicit consent via the cookie banner.
06 — Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: request the deletion of your data
