Partner program terms

1. Partnership nature

The partner program is a simple reseller model. The agency buys PrestaSecure licenses at wholesale pricing and invoices its own end clients freely. PrestaSecure has no direct commercial relationship with the agency's end client.

2. Anti-circumvention

A partner cannot push their clients to subscribe directly to PrestaSecure for an unauthorized commission. Any practice aimed at bypassing the wholesale model leads to partner status suspension.

3. Support and responsibilities

The agency handles level 1 support with its end clients (usage questions, first diagnosis). PrestaSecure intervenes on confirmed product bugs via a ticket opened by the agency, and on Serenity human cleanup when part of the subscription.

4. Resale and pricing

The agency is free to set its resale price, with no minimum or maximum margin requirement. Wholesale pricing cannot be stacked with public coupons or temporary promotions.

5. Termination and abuse

PrestaSecure reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner status in case of fraudulent signup, wholesale model bypass, brand misuse, or any behavior incompatible with a commercial partnership.

6. Product liability

PrestaSecure remains liable for the compliance, performance, and security of the PrestaSecure product sold through the agency. Agency liability is limited to installation, support, and invoicing of the end client.

7. Invoicing and VAT

PrestaSecure invoices the agency at wholesale pricing. The agency invoices its end client with its own legal documents (GDPR compliance, VAT, legal mentions) - this responsibility lies entirely with the agency.
